Shipping chocolate and heat sensitive products during the warmer months (75 F or above) will be replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or our prices are adjusted accordingly.

Shipping charges are charged per location. The total of the order going to each location will be charged the following shipping charges.

No Charge Pick-up
Some of our products can be picked up at our local UPS store (Littleton, Colorado). These items include gift baskets, gift boxes, some Christmas ornaments, some vases, and frames. If we have items in stock or make them here you can pick up at no charge. This must be arranged ahead of time and we will adjust your shipping charges.
We use UPS shipping and also United States Postal Service Priority Mail. The most cost-effective method will be used for shipments. Orders of multiple items may come in different shipments from different locations. We partner with craftsman throughout the state and some items will be shipped directly from their location. We use hand-delivery service for gift baskets and gift boxes in the Denver metro area.
See the following UPS map for estimated days to get from our location to your destination address. USPS is approximately the same. Please add 2 days to this time from for holiday shipments.
We ship within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise noted. Some items are custom made to order and require more time. This will be noted on the item. Note that the date you specify is our “ship date”. We don’t have control over the arrival date unless you specify a ship date in the Denver Metro area where we can hand-deliver on the specified day. That primarily applies to gift baskets and gift boxes.
Gifts from Colorado is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with us. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Gifts from Colorado will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where the parcel was placed.
Gifts from Colorado has no control over a carrier’s decision if your location is considered “safe” to leave a package. If this happens the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier’s directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned to Gifts from Colorado for any reason, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation / Change Policy
We try to honor order changes and cancellations and will do so as long as the order is not in process, within the first few hours of placing the order.
Address Accuracy
There will be a $12.00 fee assessed for any address corrections made by our carrier in order to ensure proper delivery of the package. Gifts from Colorado cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. The $12.00 fee will be charged to your original form of payment. Gifts from Colorado will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
E-mail contact information
We add our customers to our e-mail database. We send occasional e-mail correspondence about new products and special offers. We also use this information to contact you regarding your order.
Return Policy
Perishable and fragile products (flowers, food, balloons and most gift baskets) cannot be returned. These products will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items can be returned at your expense after contacting our Customer Service department and shipped at the customer’s expense. We will not refund shipping expenses.

Seller Requirements
Gifts From Colorado’s mission is to support Colorado artisans, makers, and specialty food producers by offering unique, high-quality products with an authentic connection to Colorado. We seek products that reflect creativity, craftsmanship, originality, and quality. By supplying products for sale through Gifts From Colorado, Vendor represents and warrants that all products comply with the following requirements:
Eligible Products
Products must fall within one or more of the following categories:
Handmade products created or substantially crafted by the vendor using hand tools, specialized equipment, or computerized production tools such as laser engravers, CNC machines, embroidery machines, or similar equipment.
- Original artwork created by the vendor, including paintings, photography, prints, illustrations, sculptures, jewelry, woodworking, pottery, textiles, and similar artistic works.
- Products featuring the vendor’s original artwork or designs, including items manufactured by a third-party production partner, provided the artwork or design is original to the vendor or the vendor possesses all necessary rights and licenses to reproduce and sell the artwork on the finished product. Examples include cutting boards, mugs, ornaments, tote bags, apparel, drinkware, coasters, slate plaques, home décor, and similar merchandise.
- Colorado-themed products that are designed by or licensed to the vendor, even if the finished product is manufactured outside Colorado, provided the vendor has all necessary intellectual property rights to the artwork, designs, trademarks, photographs, and other content incorporated into the product.
- Curated gift items and specialty food products that are produced or sourced in Colorado and meet Gifts From Colorado’s quality standards.
Product Representation
Vendor shall provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, dimensions, materials, production information, and original product photographs that accurately represent the item being sold. Product photographs must depict the actual product offered for sale. Stock images or images copied from third-party websites are prohibited unless the vendor owns or has obtained all rights necessary to use them.
Intellectual Property
Vendor represents and warrants that it owns or has obtained all necessary copyrights, licenses, permissions, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights for every product, image, photograph, design, logo, and description provided to Gifts From Colorado.
Vendor shall not submit products or marketing materials containing the copyrighted works, photographs, artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property of any third party without the express authorization of the rights holder. Vendor shall be solely responsible for obtaining all required permissions and shall indemnify and hold Gifts From Colorado harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees arising from any breach of this warranty.
Product Quality
All products must be professionally made, accurately represented, and meet the quality standards established by Gifts From Colorado. Gifts From Colorado reserves the right to reject or remove any product that does not meet these standards or is inconsistent with its mission or brand.
Product Safety and Compliance
Vendor represents that all products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, labeling requirements, safety standards, and industry standards applicable to the products supplied.
Indemnification
Vendor represents and warrants that it owns or has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights for all products, artwork, photographs, designs, logos, descriptions, packaging, and other materials supplied to Gifts From Colorado.
Vendor further represents and warrants that all products supplied to Gifts From Colorado are safe for their intended use, are free from known defects, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, labeling requirements, product safety standards, and industry requirements applicable to the products being sold.
Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gifts From Colorado, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, actions, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, losses, recalls, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to:
- Any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of publicity, or other intellectual property right;
- Any defect in the design, manufacture, assembly, packaging, labeling, warning, storage, shipping, or performance of Vendor’s products;
- Any claim involving personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, death, or economic loss arising from Vendor’s products;
- Any contamination, adulteration, spoilage, food safety issue, product recall, or failure to comply with applicable food safety laws or regulations;
- Any breach of Vendor’s representations, warranties, or obligations under this Agreement;
- Any negligent, reckless, unlawful, or wrongful act or omission of Vendor or its employees, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, or production partners.
Vendor shall promptly notify Gifts From Colorado of any known product defect, safety concern, recall, regulatory investigation, consumer complaint involving serious injury, or claim relating to any product supplied under this Agreement.
Gifts From Colorado reserves the right to control its own legal defense, including the selection of legal counsel, and Vendor agrees to cooperate fully in the defense and resolution of any such claim.
Notice and Takedown Procedure
Gifts From Colorado respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all vendors to comply with applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. If Gifts From Colorado receives a claim, notice, or allegation that any product, photograph, artwork, design, logo, description, or other material supplied by Vendor may infringe the rights of a third party, Gifts From Colorado may immediately remove or disable access to the product or related content while the matter is investigated.
Vendor agrees to promptly provide any documentation reasonably requested by Gifts From Colorado demonstrating ownership of, or authorization to use, the challenged material, including copyright registrations, licenses, written permissions, or other supporting documentation.
Vendor shall notify Gifts From Colorado immediately upon becoming aware of any claim, demand, cease-and-desist letter, lawsuit, or other allegation relating to the intellectual property rights associated with any product supplied to Gifts From Colorado. Failure to provide timely notice or supporting documentation may result in immediate removal of the product and termination of the Vendor relationship.
Non-Circumvention
Gifts From Colorado invests substantial time and expense in marketing Vendor’s products and developing customer relationships. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of two (2) years following its termination, Vendor agrees not to intentionally circumvent Gifts From Colorado by directly or indirectly soliciting, accepting, or fulfilling orders from customers who were first introduced to Vendor through Gifts From Colorado’s website, marketing, or other promotional efforts for the purpose of avoiding Gifts From Colorado’s commission or other agreed compensation.
Nothing in this provision prohibits Vendor from conducting its normal business through its own website, retail locations, trade shows, online marketplaces, or other customary sales channels, provided Vendor does not use customer information or business opportunities obtained through Gifts From Colorado to divert or solicit Gifts From Colorado customers.
